1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shamil TV service — including our website, chat widget, WhatsApp bot, or any IPTV subscription — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, and resellers.

2 Service Description

Shamil TV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that includes:

• Access to 50,000+ live television channels from 190+ countries
• Video-on-demand (VOD) library with movies and TV series
• Electronic Programme Guide (EPG / TV Guide)
• Multi-device compatibility (Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, PC)
• Stream quality up to 4K UHD, subject to your internet connection speed

The channel lineup, VOD library, and features may change from time to time. We will endeavour to maintain service quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific channel or content.

3 Accounts & Subscriptions

Diamond subscription plans are available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year durations. Subscriptions are activated manually by our team upon receipt of payment confirmation.

• Each subscription is for personal, single-household use only
• The number of simultaneous connections is limited as specified in your plan
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must contact us before expiry to renew
• A free 24-hour trial is available for new customers — one trial per household

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service:

• For personal, non-commercial viewing only
• In compliance with all applicable local and national laws
• Without interfering with or disrupting our servers or networks
• Without attempting to circumvent any technical measures we employ

5 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Credential sharing: Sharing your subscription with people outside your household
• Unauthorised reselling: Reselling access without an official Shamil TV Reseller agreement
• Recording & redistribution: Recording streams and distributing them to others
• VPN abuse: Using VPNs to bypass regional restrictions in a way that violates content licences
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, modify, or replicate our service infrastructure
• Fraudulent activity: Chargebacks, false payment claims, or impersonation

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities without prior notice and without refund.

6 Payment & Billing

• All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in full before service activation
• We accept bank transfer, and other methods communicated via our support team
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — manual renewal is required
• Pricing may change; existing subscribers will be notified before their next renewal

7 Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime across our streaming infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible)
• Unexpected technical issues or server failures
• Third-party content provider outages
• Force majeure events beyond our control

In cases of extended downtime (more than 48 hours), we will offer pro-rated subscription extensions at our discretion. Check our Service Status page for real-time information.

8 Intellectual Property

All content streamed through Shamil TV is owned by the respective broadcasters and content owners. Shamil TV provides access to this content under applicable distribution agreements.

The Shamil TV brand, logo, website design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shamil TV shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside our control
• Content quality issues caused by your internet connection speed

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10 Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. No further charges will be made. Unused subscription time is non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms of Service, without refund. We may also terminate service for accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 7 days before taking effect via WhatsApp or our bot. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
